DescriptionMakes 4 sandwiches
contentMix 1 tbsp wasabi paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Dice 1 avocado and 1 seeded tomato. Brush 1/2 lb. salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill over high heat, 6 to 8 minutes, turning over once, until barely done. Toast 2 pita rounds on grill. Cut fish into 1 inch cubes. Split pitas, spread with wasabi mayonnaise, and fill with fish and avocado.
