This is wonderful fresh out of the oven or cold the next day!
Place salmon on foil lined cookie sheet.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise (enough to cover your salmon; 1 tbls per piece or 3-5 tbls per fillet
Tear (yes with your fingers) cherry or strawberry tomatoes into pieces into mayo- About 15 if using a fillet or 5 or more for one piece of salmon
Add 1 clove minced garlic, fresh or 1 tsp dry
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 tsp Tarragon (more if using fillet) If fresh chop a little
1 tsp dill
Salt if desired
Mix and cover salmon with mixture
Chop green onion and sprinkle on top
Last but not least sprinkle ginger dry or fresh grated on top of this
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes then broil for last 2 minutes so top goldens
Sorry about the non specific measurements. I could not convert it for smaller than a whole fillet and since most pieces come smaller I assume cooks can adjust for Surfin Seafood size pieces.
