contentThis recipe was adapted from a recipe which originated from an Alaska commercial fisherman.  It now has become a family favorite.

Fillet of any kind of salmon

Spread melted butter over fillet

Sprinkle with lemon pepper and Tom Douglas Salmon seasoning.

Spread salmon with brown sugar.

Place fresh orange slices over the top of the brown sugar.

Grill or bake until salmon flakes.


Additions-You can put some chopped onion and garlic on before the orange slices if desired. I have also used this recipe with other fish fillets.
