Debone the salmon filet and place skin side down on a piece of foil. Spread softened flavored cheese over the flesh side of the fish. You may grill the fish on the BBQ or bake in the oven (8-10 minutes per inch thickness). If baking in the oven, broil for a minute when almost done so the spread turns a nice golden golden color.
The oil in the cheese spread helps keep the fish moist and the flavor enhances the salmon without overpowering it.
