Serves 2-4

1 Package of Surfin’ Seafood Salmon Fillet
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
¼ Cup SOY VAY VERI VERI TERIYAKI (This is available at Fred Meyer)
¼ Cup Panko + 2 Tablespoons Panko
1) Spray glass pan with non-stick spray
2) Place Surfin’ Seafood Salmon fillet in pan
3) Spread 1 T mayonnaise on top of fillet
4) Mix ¼ C Panko with ¼ C SOY VAY
5) Carefully spread this mix on top of mayonnaise
6) Sprinkle additional 2 T of Panko on top
7) Bake in preheated 400 oven for 15 – 20 minutes depending on thickness of fillet and desired doneness
