| content | Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spread horseradish sauce (not plain horseradish) on both sides of each fillet, coating liberally. Roll fillets in finely ground seasoned bread crumbs. Coat baking pan with 2-3 tbsp of olive or canola oil. Lay fillets in pan, turning once before placing in oven.
Bake 3-4 minutes each side until fish is done and coating is golden.
Serve with salad and rice dish.
